About Sarah

Let's just say I have been eclectic from the beginning.  I was baptized Episcopalian,  confirmed a Presbyterian , converted and married a Cradle Catholic.  Greg and I have five kids whose ages range from Adult to toddler.   Our oldest son, who is now an adult, went through Catholic schools for his education.  Our next two boys were homeschooled for 8 years before going to Catholic Schools.  And once again we find ourselves homeschooling the preschool years with our youngest daughters.
Our homeschooling adventure has been eclectic with a mix of Catholic curriculums and hands on learning experiences.  (Although I think my friends would say I am a relaxed, easy going homeschooler that focus on fun, hands on activities and not so much the books and worksheets.)  I tend to find that the kids like it when they have something to build or create.  It is my plan to share with you how our family continues to grow in the faith as we journey through the years and lives of our childrens. I will tell you this blog will probably be more geared towards the younger ones at home.   So let the adventure in building and supporting Catholic education at home begin...
